Off Essence Holsters

These are all high-level holsters that require a strong understanding of the raid to fully take advantage of. Their DPS outputs are incredibly high but they make you suspect to being one shot by mechanics and even raidwides if you are not attentive. Please use these holsters with caution.

However, they are some of the most fun you can have in Delubrum (Savage). So please, if you are given the opprotunity to try one out, definitely take advantage of it!

Gambler DPS

A bag that’s mostly used to fish for the Healer LB3 effect from the Dynamis Dice. This can be useful during anyprogs if the fights tend to drag for much longer than intended or if there are tons of bodies on the ground. This bag is not optimal and you will be sacrificing your own DPS for the ~33% chance at raising up to 32 bodies in a 30 yalm radius. If you want to

This essence is really only viable on Physical Ranged DPS due to it’s pure essence synergy being not as useful as the other two DPS’s. Another cavet is that you are required to have 10 fortitude stacks to survive raidwides from all the major fights.

Impetus Chaining Tank

Lost Impetus can be used to chain together Lost Blood Rage throughout a longer fight. However, Lost Impetus is a bit taboo due to the Swift it gives to nearby party members and the problems it can cause during Trinity Avowed’s “Forced March” mechanic.

This holster lets you Impetus chain for all but one fight (typically Trinity Avowed) due to the limited number of Blood Rage plates you can bring.

Impetus Chaining Aethershield Tank

This holster lets you Impetus chain for Trinity Seeker and Queen’s Guard before swapping into the Aethershield role for Avowed/Queen.

Irregular w/ Honored Sacrifice Overslots

This is the glass cannon of Delubrum (Savage). Irregular will help you be output as much DPS that is on par with an Excellence Melee DPS. However, you must mitigate everything instance of damage you take. This also includes: raidwides and any damage from mechanics. It is commonly suggested to use your short cooldown along with another cooldown like rampart, your 30%, or your other personal mitigations.

During your opener, while building Blood Rage stacks, you would swap into Honored Sacrifice to help increase your DPS output. When under Blood Rush, make sure to be spaamming both Font of Power and Honored Sacrifice on cooldown to get as many extra uses as possible. Drifting them back into the 2 minute buff window for any future bursts.

The 2 Impetus plates are used for TA and Queen to accerlate your enterance into the Blood Rush window. You would slot it after you activate Blood Rage, use Impetus, slot in Honored Sacrifice, and then dash twice to enter Blood Rush during the 2 minute buff window.

Profane Healer

Ditch the utility and become the angry healer you’ve always wanted to be. You will become essentially a DPS now and should act like one. Your one job is to deal as much damage as possible. Doing “Chainspell openers” to help maximize as damage as you can is key to performing well. You should have a Full Cure Healer helping support your MP costs as well as a Cure 2 phys. ranged too.

During your opener you will press Chainspell then slot Seraph Strike over it. From there you will press both Font of Magic and Seraph Strike together during every 2 minute raid buff window. Remember to use Thin Air if you’re on WHM!

Profane Chainspell Battery

Used to help carry Chainspell through the whole instance. At your assigned fight, you will slot in Chainspell over the Non-Font of Magic action and mark yourself with a + head marker signifying you are ready to be mimicked.
